I teach second grade in a Title I School. We have 88% free lunch. Our English as a Second Language population is growing by "Leaps" and bounds, especially our Hispanic population. The number of ESL students in my class has more than tripled this year. Half of my students are Hispanic, and most qualify for ESL services. I would like to purchase basic "Leap Frog" units to help my ESL students speak English. At this time, I do not have enough bounded materials and easy readers for my students to read. My students want to learn. They just need the resources to be successful. In addition, I would like to purchase two individual Leap Frog units for my classroom.
