This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As a basketball coach for the last 13 years, I have used watching film (practice and games) for student-athletes to grow and seem themselves on the court. Without having a camera, I have to wait for other schools to send film or sometimes I don't get an opportunity for my students to see themselves.

Having a camera of our own will help break down and learn from mistakes made on the court during play.

My goal is to have a very competitive team each year that shows school pride. Bring pride back to IPS is something I believe is possible with hard work, dedication and using our resources to rebuild greatness.
