Help me give my students fun and engaging centers to help boost their phonics and math skills.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach a class of 21 kindergarten students at a publicly-funded charter school in Miami, Florida. I have a small group of students who are really struggling with phonics, reading and math. They are currently working below grade-level. Many of these students are ELL students and do not get the extra help at home from parents who are also learning English.
These students would benefit greatly from working in a small-group setting where they can learn at their own pace.
Fun, reading based-centers would help to engage them and help them achieve success.
By utilizing Leap Pads in my classroom, my kindergarten students will be excited to learn. Some students are truly struggling to master basic phonics and math skills. Often students do not get the extra help they need at home. Leap Pads are both fun and engaging tools for early learners who need extra support in reading and math fundamentals. I can use the Leap Pads to create a small group of students to work independently to boost their skills and meet their individual learning needs. Since they are easy to use, they are a perfect tool for my kindergarten students.
