My students need a multimedia projector to give them access to today's technology.
Remember the first time you Googled and discovered the world of answers at your finger tips. With all the available technology out there today I need a way to share it in the classroom.
My students come to school every day excited to learn and try new things.
They are constantly amazed by various technologically advanced personal things that are brought into the classroom. They are also disappointed to find that the classroom computers no longer have updated browsers to support the various websites that might help and support their learning. And their patience is tried when they are waiting for computers to work in order for them to participate, what a waste of time that could be spent learning!
My students come to school every day excited to learn and try new things. There are so many advances in technology and engaging learning opportunities on the Internet. I need a way to make them accessible on a daily basis for my students. A multi-media projector would provide many engaging learning opportunities for my students, easily allowing me to show them many different ways that they can learn themselves; helping to make them life-long learners. It will also prepare them for the future, in a school system with out of date technology, my students need to be able to experience and learn how to use this technology in order to be prepared for the future. A multi media projector will allow me to share this technology with the whole class and better prepare them to succeed in the future and continue seeking answers to the daily questions they ask.
Donations to this project will enable all students to see, hear, and experience the many benefits that can be used on the computer.
They will have more clear, organized visuals, more access to resources online and more experience the technology that has become our future, preparing them to succeed in the future.
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
