Language Learning in an Organized Classroom

Help me give my students headphones with a microphone to help them learn and practice language individually on their computer. Make our classroom and supplies more organized and provide materials for hands-on activities and science experiments!

My Students

We are in a Chinese dual immersion program, and my students have studied Chinese for 4 years now. In our program, students spent 50% of their time in the English classroom and 50% of the time in Chinese. In our Chinese classroom, we study Chinese and science in 100% Chinese. We have a variety of activities to learn the language and content in class. We are excited to learn and grow every day!

My Project

The storage container, markers, dry erase boards, and other resources will help our classroom and supplies to be more organized and easy to find and use. Affected by the pandemic, we really need an organized and tidy environment at school to help students to form a sense of control and order. We also need a class set of headphones with microphones, because we are learning Chinese as a second language in class, and we want to take good advantage of the language learning and practice websites and programs online, so students can not only read and write but also listen and speak Chinese using the headphones.
