My Students

I am fortunate enough to teach at a neighborhood school in Rochester, New Hampshire. My students are fun loving and thoughtful kiddos, who have a strong desire to learn.

My Project

Today's instruction is very hands-on, especially in the lower grades. As a kindergarten teacher, I am always creating "centers", that are in the game format. By doing this, math and phonics come to life and have more meaning.

Our reading program requires us to make activities that reinforce the skills taught within the lesson, we laminate everything for durability and to have them last longer.

Our school has used an ancient laminator, that has just passed on. We have done our best to keep it going for as long as possible. You can imagine how much use it has seen over the years! We are in dire need of a new machine!
