We pride ourselves in showing great character in and out of our classroom. My class of first graders are eager and energetic about being technology experts in the classroom! We are Jr. Panthers! Our 'Just Be Jersey' theme is seen in our district and within the community loud and proud! We have students from smaller outlying towns that come to our building for Pre-K through 1st grade. We are a Jr. Panther team, and it takes that teamwork to keep our classroom engaging and enthusiastic.
My Project
My students have great ideas in their busy first-grade brains! Not only are their brains busy, but so are their bodies. So, now is the time to put those busy first-grade fingers to work in making connections related to STEM in the classroom!
K'Nex kits promote my kids to be curious, take risks in their learning and have fun making decisions individually, in learning groups or with partners.
The great thing about the K'Nex materials is that it’s an interactive, hands-on approach to teaching the learning standards in an engaging elementary environment. We can’t wait to explore as soon as we get into our classroom in the morning, and these building sets would help us to accomplish our mission!
