The goal of our Kindness Club is to show kindness at home, at school, and around the world. Now in our second year, it is our plan to branch out beyond the walls of our school.
Some examples of planned projects are: The Love Quilt Project, teacher and support staff appreciation, Appreciation Stations, Blessing Bags (for the homeless), cards for students in the hospital, and more.
The Cricut would help us cut bulletin board letters, design stickers, create t-shirts, and more. The fabric markers will help us design the quilt squares for The Love Quilt project which then get put in a quilt and sent to orphans overseas. Paper would be used to design flyers and cards while the cardstock would be used to cut bulletin board letters, design cards, and complete additional projects.
This project will benefit students in 2nd through 6th grade. Students will be encouraged to think of additional projects we could carry out to help support our school community!
