My students need their own class set of Kindles to incorporate technology in our every day lessons for Math, Science, and Social Studies.
This project expired on August 10, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Our class is full of excited, motivated young learners! We focus on Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies in my fourth grade classroom. Like most children, my students learn the best when they are actively involved in their studies. We incorporate many different strategies in our classroom to allow every student to reach their full potential.
I teach a wonderful group of very bright, hard working fourth graders!
My class consists of 23 students of varying academic abilities. Because of this, I strive to incorporate as much differentiation as possible into our learning.
The uses of technology are endless in classrooms today. Having a class set of kindles will allow my students to have access to different instructional techniques whenever we need them. My students love to complete their own research, look up videos on topics, play review games, and take challenging quizzes. These are just some of the things that will be at their finger tips with a class set of Kindles.
My students become much more engaged when they are able to incorporate some type of technology in their learning.
These tablets will give them that opportunity each day. They will be able to choose how they want to continue their learning, as well as allow for different variations of whole group instruction. Your donation will greatly impact the academic success of my fourth graders by allowing them to extend their learning in a fun, engaging way.
