My Students

My students come from a variety of backgrounds but they all have one thing in common...they love to learn! I currently have 21 students with a range of abilities.

What I love most about my students is their enthusiasm for learning!

The amount of growth seen in a school year is truly overwhelming. Several of my students come from low income families and I would love to be able to provide this type of technology in the classroom. This will provide them with opportunities they may not be exposed to.

My Project

I am currently teaching a REACH class and the things we could do with technology are endless! We can do small group activities and reading and math apps.

What I am most excited about is the ability to use QR Codes in the classroom.

My class will be doing a variety of projects this year. I would like to give them the opportunity to use technology to do their project. Not all students in my class have access to the types of things a Kindle can provide.

I hope the Kindle will give them a hands-on device to expand their learning!
