My Students

We truly live in the age of technology. There are so many wonderful educational applications for students. Due to lack of funding, the technology is our school does not offer my students the opportunity to take advantage of these wonderful tools.

I have 23 Kindergarten students.

They are very eager to learn, but don't always have the resources available to them at school or at home. My students LOVE any activity that is technology related! They always ask if we can play "fun games"--little do they know that they are learning a tremendous amount!!

My Project

With the ipod touch in our classroom I can have a listening center with books that students can read along with, I can add educational applications that allow students to strengthen any area that they are lacking in their education. Students can access programs that we participate in at our school such as Bookflix, Raz kids, Everyday math, and much more!

The use of ipods will expand the resources available to my students tremendously.

It will help instill a love for learning and an interest in practicing challenging skills. By donating to this project you will be giving the gift of learning to 23 kindergarten students.
