My Students

I have an amazing group of Kinders this year! They are hard workers and so inspiring in their eagerness to learn about anything and everything. There is no shortage of sugar in this room because these twenty-four kindergartners are ALL sweet, sweet children! The introduction of Chromebooks in our classroom this year was a huge step forward in helping to feed their endless appetites for learning, and we are doing our best to maximize the opportunities to utilize these wonderful tools for learning.

My Project

My Kinders use Chromebooks on a regular basis for i-Ready reading during reading groups and i-Ready math during math and choice time and need headphones to hear the programs. They will each be able to use their individually assigned head set throughout the entire school year. Each set of headphones will be used by only one child during the school year, which will help to keep them clean and will help keep us from sharing germs! Having a class set will also allow us to be time flexible and keep us from having to locate available head sets in working condition around our building. Time efficient!
