For many of our kindergarten students, this is their first experience being away from home and from their parents for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. They enter our classrooms with an undeniable thirst for knowledge, searching for a community to support them in their quest for new knowledge. They are eager to learn, their minds ready to soak up every bit of information possible. As teachers, we have a responsibility to ensure their continued passion and excitement for learning. We owe it to them to give them every resource possible to reach their full learning potential.
Our 60 kindergartners will experience infinite and exciting ways to learn and play with Ozobots! They will be able to program and train their toy robot to follow patterns, and we will be able to integrate science, technology, math, and even literacy lessons with coding!
Integrating technology and coding into the classroom prepares students for a 21st century world where computer programming is at the forefront of all advancements, and Ozobots will bring endless opportunities for our students to learn and grow!
Ozobots and markers will allow for such exciting and engaging learning in our kindergarten classrooms. The possibilities are endless!
