Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Being able to supply my students with books and basic supplies as some of them enter school for the first time ever is so important to me.

Each item on my list already has a place in our 2022-2023 classroom.

The books will enable my little readers to be confident as they are becoming proficient readers. The basic school supplies will allow my students to do their daily tasks in our classroom. The sensory table and toys will help my students become independent, make friends, and have sensory breaks during the day when needed.
