My students need 6 wiggle stools and 3 wiggle seats so they can get their wiggles out and reach their full potential.

My Students

I have 24 very energetic and excited kiddos who love to move and groove. We seem to be asking so much of Kindergartners these days and we're constantly telling them to sit still and listen. Although my students love to learn, it's hard for them to sit all day without getting their wiggles out.

For some of my students, this is their first school experience and their bodies are just starting to get used to a school setting.

Our school is also a cluster sight for students with special needs which means I have a classroom full of diverse learners.

My Project

With having such a diverse group of kiddos, creating an environment where ALL students can learn can be a challenge. Kindergartners are able to learn so many amazing things but sometimes their wiggles get in the way of their learning.

These wiggle seats would improve our learning environment and help accommodate the needs of my learners.

I have seen how beneficial these seats have been to students in co-workers classrooms during table time and carpet time. They allow learners to focus and get work completed without any distractions to themselves or others.
