In order to foster the artistic abilities of my kindergarten students, it would be very helpful to have an art easel and supplies. Paint as a medium is not available at this time due to lack of funding. I feel the students would benefit from this resource because they will be able to show creativity in their painting. They will also be able to share their work and expressions with the other students. In our kindergarten classroom we would use this resource each day in centers. The students will rotate throughout the room to complete their stations. I integrate all subjects during center time. The first unit or project will be farm animals. The students will paint their favorite farm animal. After the students complete the painting center they will move to the writing center to write about their animal. Finally the students will share their artistic expression and written expression with their classmates. The class will gather all the information about each farm animal presented and make a class book.
