My students need 1 glider rocking chair in the classroom so that they can enjoy reading their books while they have a great place to sit in the literacy area.

My Students

My students are a wonderful and exciting group of 4-5 year-old boys and girls, in an ICT (integrated collaborative teaching) classroom. This means that 40% of my students are in special education, and the rest are in general education.

We are a Title I school and work hard to ensure that everyone learns and succeeds.

I want them to have everything they need to make their school year exciting and fun, as well as productive and successful throughout the entire year.

My Project

Our rocking chair is old and is starting to creak. We are afraid that it is going to fall apart and break while someone is on it. Please help us receive this great new rocker so that we can rock and glide while we read our books each and every day.

We need a great new rocker so that we can enjoy reading.

You can help us do that. Many of my students are special needs. The rocking motion helps them focus and concentrate while they are reading and helps them learn each and every day. Please help them get something that they really need to succeed like this rocking gliding chair for the literacy area.
