Students at my school face challenges daily, at school and outside of school, that require positive reinforcement to battle against those challenges and promote healthy future citizenship. We are a PBIS school, and positive reinforcement allows students to make decisions in the right direction.
Students at our school are surrounded by caring faculty that continues to work together for their benefit.
The social skills of the students require an alternative approach for rewards and incentives to encourage healthy choices. Every bit helps when the world seems harsh.
My Project
The students at our school face many challenges both in and out of school. One of the requirements for our students is to wear uniforms. Unfortunately, some of them aren't able to purchase the necessary clothing to meet the school requirements. We want all of them to be successful. To eliminate this struggle, our school provides uniforms for those in need. We have many people who have volunteered by giving clothing, shoes, and other needed items. This is always encouraging to our students.
In order to continue assisting our students in providing clean uniforms, we're also focusing on organizing our closet in a better way.
Our goal is to purchase uniforms along with freestanding shelving units to help organize our closet. This will give us the ability to access and assist the need of our students in a timely manner. Your donation to this cause will be greatly appreciated.
