Kidney Table To Improve Student Instruction!

My Students

I currently teach Kindergarten. The students are excited every day to be in school. The students come from low-income households. At school I want to give them every opportunity to learn and explore.

The students love to come to school and learn.

The students are very engaged in math. They love that they are learning to add and subtract. The students are currently beginning learn their sounds, letters, shapes, and colors. This is very exciting time for the students and the first time most of them have been in school.

My Project

A kidney table will allow my students to work in groups and collaborate with each other easier. Kidney tables are a wonderful resource because they allow the students to sit together in a group with a teacher leading them. This makes it easier to keep their attention. We currently have a kidney table but it is chipping and has very sharp edges that could be dangerous for students.

My students love to learn and work together as a group.

My students will have tremendous satisfaction for the use of a kidney table, they would be so excited to continue to learn and grow more with the use of the new table.
