My Students

My students walk into our classroom every day at 7:15, ready to get involved in the daily activities. I realize it is my responsibility to have my classroom well-prepared with activities to help them experience positive learning opportunities.

Adventure and discovery in a preschool class are like a safari to the children who are uncovering every possibility and discovering learning for the first time in their lives.

Children love to learn, and I love to see the development unfold before my eyes.

My Project

The school principal came and asked me to help get every classroom a small first aid kit for accidents. I assured her donorschoose.org would be happy to support us. Our school is small, yet children often need a band-aid or a little extra encouragement to get through those playground scrapes and bruises.

Helping our students learn about first aid is important.

If we allow students to know that school is a safe and healthy environment, attendance will improve and the positive attitudes will increase. I am honored to represent the school and cannot wait to see each teacher equipped to serve the students of this school with one of the 20 first aid kits I am requesting.
