My Students

My students learn at their own pace. They drive their instruction based on where they are, not where the teacher is teaching. My school is located next to a cow pasture, but we don't just stand around mooing. We are taking charge of our learning and growing by leaps and bounds. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”

My Project

All year long, our students have worked hard to reach all of their goals. They have set and met AR goals, math fact goals, and many more. They deserve to have new kick balls and bases for the Ultimate Kickball tournament.

Students will go head to head as a team against other 4th grade classes.

They will show how they have grown and become one team to reach this final goal of the year.

Teamwork is a big part of growth mindset. We have struggled, learned, and met goals together all year. Now, we have to unite to claim our title as 4th Grade Kickball Champs!
