My Students

My students are from NY. We are a Title I school, and the basic principle of Title I is that schools with large concentrations of low-income students will receive supplemental funds to assist in meeting student's educational goals. With that being said, my students are the most grateful people I have ever met! When they get to use supplies that maybe they don't have at home, it's an exciting feeling! In art class, we often get to use clay, paint, and paper mache. It is a great feeling for both me and the students to know they have the items they need to complete a project. The children really do benefit from hands-on activities. The students are eager to share their projects with you.

My Project

I am requesting two cases of water for this project. It is important for me to have water in the classroom since I don't have a water fountain in the classroom. On occasion students need some water to stay hydrated or just because of a bad cough.

It is essential to have water in the classroom for our students.

Please know that this project is so important to have funded because it is a necessity. Often times children with special needs need water and instead of leaving the classroom to go get water I would have it right where they need it.
