Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are ready to learn interactively and show off what they can do! I teach three classes of students who come from a variety of backgrounds and are on different levels of their education. The goal I give myself is to get all students working on grade level and beyond.

Our school consists of students from many different backgrounds, but who all have the same goal which is to learn.

Even with this diverse group, we are one of the top-performing​ elementary schools in our district. We also have many military children in our school. We strive to prepare our students for their future school years regardless of what education level.

My Project

This Chromebook charging station is going to help keep our Chromebooks charged, safe, and ready to use for learning! Using ​Chromebooks in our classroom has been a major learning experience for students. As we grow our Chromebook library through special donors, we need a place to store and charge them. Having a charging station will help to keep the Chromebooks organized and ready for student use.

Having a charging cart would make it easy to charge and protect our Chromebooks so that they are always ready for educational use.

Technology is vital to 21st-century classroom learning. We use technology for researching, typing, and educational applications. Making sure we have the proper storage is very important to keep the Chromebooks in working condition. Please consider helping my students secure their Chromebooks.
