My kids come to school five days a week to learn and be loved. They want praise and recognition for all the good they do, and they, without a doubt, do plenty. They deserve the best I can give them. They are a very animated group of kids who are willing to try anything, and we are consistently changing our way of learning.
Third grade is a fast paced world and we are just trying to keep up with the times.
When we walk into OUR classroom, we know this is a family. We can count on each other and talk about almost anything. When referring to the class, I say "my kids" because that's who they are. I have 27 amazing kids. My kids feel safe and they always tell me this. They love the classroom, they love each other, and they love me.

As the world of education evolves, we, as educators, are dedicated to evolving with it, so that we can continue to meet instructional needs. This year, I am excited to share brand-new tools, resources, and features for my classroom use. A subscription to TIME will give us interactive digital articles for students, leveled texts, and accessibility features such as Spanish translation and read-alouds.
We know that students love to discuss current events. I want to use the extensive TIME archive to discuss the things that matter to students. I want to help them make connections to what they have learned and what they might experience in the real world. TIME for Kids will inspire my kids with its rich resources.
