Mrs. Miller from Cincinnati OH is requesting reading nooks, desks & storage through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
Help me give my students bins to organize their personal learning materials. I completed a project to purchase a new shelf for this purpose but did not order bins. Coloring coding will assist in organizing items.

My students are all placed in a medically fragile preschool unit. Their disabilities include Cerebral Palsy, deaf/blind/non-verbal, Cortical Visual Impairments, Muscular Dystrophy, Dravet Syndrome and Autism. All of the children are in wheelchairs and they are all currently non-verbal.
Despite their disabilities and challenges, they all strive to grow and learn each day.
I am continually amazed by their determination and resolve to perform the most basic skills that most take for granted. They have a work ethic that is inspirational and watching them push past their limitations to learn new skills is my joy!
I completed a project to order a new shelf to organize my students' individualized learning materials, like their augmentative communication systems, occupational therapy adapted equipment, leg and arm braces, and favorite sensory tools. This way, everything could be organized by child and when the therapists are in the classroom, I will not have to stop working with a child to help them locate the needed equipment. My intention was to purchase the bins personally, but I did not anticipate they would cost this much, and I just don't have the personal resources this time of year to cover the cost myself. Hoping someone out there could help me complete this project before the holidays.
