My Students

Please help my 3rd-8th grade students get the equipment necessary to help them develop important fundamental skills needed in all sports. "Teamwork builds character, character builds success."

My student's are your average 7-13 year old scholars who are motivated to succeed.

Many of our scholars live in poverty and face struggles everyday beyond our control. Our school motto is to develop in each scholar the character, scholarship, and leadership to be college ready. Our school has an extended school year and an extended school day. With funds at a minimum it is important for teachers to be both creative and passionate about what they do.

My Project

In my physical education class I preach the importance of sportsmanship and I work hard to make sure my students are developing the essential skills they need to excel in sports and life. By developing gross motor skills using six basketballs and a dozen playground balls, we are promoting the significance of living a healthy active lifestyle. Physical Education is an important part of a students day and its my job to provide them with the essential foundations they will need to remain healthy and happy.

By giving students proper physical education lessons and teaching them how to be active and healthy we are preparing them for their futures.

Keeping students off of the streets and involved in sports will help them remain in school. It is important for our students to understand the value of teamwork and sportsmanship as it will make them better scholars in the classroom.
