Help me give my students some things to help them learn at home while having some fun! Markers, crayons, and sensory beads will help to keep their hands busy and their minds learning!
Welcome to our Pre-K "classroom"! We are a diverse group of learners who were so excited to come to school every day and have new experiences to help us learn. Unfortunately that all came to an end on March 17th when our school closed due to the Corona Virus.
Even from home, we are a blended preschool group, which means that we are a class with a combination of general education and diverse learners.
In our class all students not only learn from the teacher but from one another. They all bring something unique to the class that helped each other learn every day. Now we are doing that from afar.
Our young students learn best through a variety of different activities and we enjoy providing as many different kinds of experiences to them as possible. Our goal is to meet each student at their developmental level and help them learn to love school.
My Project
Many of my students come from low-income households. As with so many families worldwide, this pandemic has been extremely difficult. It has been no different for my 40 students and their families.
I have seen first hand how limited my students' resources are at home and to help them with that, I am asking for help!
Supplying my students with these supplies will help to alleviate some of the obstacles my families face with remote learning with a preschooler. These supplies will not only bring resources to my families, but also a smile to not only their faces but to mine as well!
