My Students
I teach enthusiastic students at a wonderful public school. Our students are eager to learn through reading, problem solving, hands-on activities, and overcoming obstacles.
I encourage my students to be compassionate, free thinkers, and to have a growth mindset.
My classroom is filled with diverse learners ready to tackle the third grade!
My students work extremely hard and deserve to be supplied with the best education possible. A donation for this project can help my students excel in the best way!
My Project
This project with help students learn about current social studies and science events through relatable nonfiction text. My students will be informed and be able to share, debate, and teach others about the world around them.
Each student will also have access to Scholastic's online resources!
Technology is a huge part of learning in my classroom. Students will be able to read archived articles about their favorite topics! This technology resource will be beneficial as our state testing is online. Students will be comfortable reading electronic texts.
Scholastic News will be a weekly lesson. There are several state standards that Scholastic Magazines cover in a fun and engaging way. Students will also be able to take their own magazine home to share with their parents, guardians, and friends!
