My students come from low income/high poverty families. My students come from various backgrounds with a majority of the students in the class are English Language Learners. I am looking to keep things simple but meaningful, and provide hands-on activities for my talented and creative students.
My students are college and career bound.
My students are creative and love doing hands on activities to enhance their learning. They love using a variety of different supplies to complete different learning activities. They enjoy working in small groups and playing games to learn new concepts or to reinforce what they know. Every minute counts in my classroom and we use every minute of every day to learn something new.
My Project
Our students come from various backgrounds with a majority of the students in the class are English Language Learners. Thirty of our students are English Language Learners and speak over 5 different languages. We are seeking the resources needed to make colorful pictures and activities that will last for years to come. The colored printers will allow teachers and students to print colored pictures to go with their writing. It will allow students to be able to see realistic pictures that will help them be able to learn English. Teachers will be able to make colorful learning activities that will last for many years and students to come!
