This year, I have a wide range of students. Most of my students are Native American. Some are eager to learn, and others will need that extra push to succeed. The children seem to work really well together and encourage each other.
I believe that all students can and will learn.
They just need to be nurtured and encouraged to succeed. Some just need to know that they are loved and can achieve their goals as long as they don't quit and never give up.
My Project
Please help give my students warm coats for the winter. The coats will help keep my students warm while they ride the bus to and from school. I believe if my students are warm, they will be ready to learn when they get to class.
Studies have shown that students who have all of their basic needs met will learn better.
I am hoping to have these coats available for my students before it gets really cold in Oklahoma. This will also ease the burden of so many parents and grandparents that are on a fixed income.
