My Project

ATI students will keep the creativity flowing with these easy to use gel pens. Help me give my students an art medium that they really love. Having the appropriate art medium can ease frustration, bolster engagement and create confidence in students' work.

The gel pens requested will be used in a themed art class this year, "Art for Wellbeing".

Each class will explore assignments supporting social and emotional expression. The work they will create will be connected to the awareness of how art improves mental health. Students will discover through each project they are building art skills, but also life skills.

ATI is a high school charter school with diverse staff and students whose goal is to equip students to accomplish their goals through community, equity, adaptability and creativity. ATI serves students who struggle as well as exceed grade level in graduating or obtaining a GED. The students at ATI have enrolled because they need a different, more personalized approach to learning.
