My Students

As a PreK - 12th grade school, all students have the opportunity to use the gym. We are 45 miles from any town, we have a population of 500. We are a small but mighty community. Our students need to learn the balance between weight and food. Having new cardio equipment of different kinds allows us to teach the students all the ways to stay healthy and fit.

My Project

Our winters are long, cold, and dreary. Mental health takes a toll. Increasing our physical activity helps with the emotional drain from long cold months indoors, the chance to help students remain focused and healthy will increase with the use of a treadmill before/during/after school. Having two will allow students to compete against one another in a strong healthy environment.

Our school has one treadmill, one rower, and two ellipticals.

One more treadmill will increase the amount of productivity my P.E. classes can reach. Donate today to help my students.
