teach Physical Education in a high poverty inner city public school in Indiana.
Our school has almost 600 students, K-6, who love Physical Education! I see every student twice a week. We rarely go outside to play, so I want to teach the students how to exercise inside. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they could then go home and teach their families what they have learned? By doing this, the entire family will be exercising together, and everyone would be in shape!
Help me help them so we end the trend towards childhood obesity!
My Project
Often times we do stations and obstacle courses. The student forget which way to go. Having arrows and tape will keep them moving in the right direction. This will save wait time and keep everyone moving. No one likes wait time when you are suppose to be having a great time.
Your donation to this project will help over 600 students in my school get on the right road to do their part to fight childhood obesity.
With your help, we can get our students on the right track to start their own fitness program. Students will benefit from this program for many years to come. Teaching the students the importance of staying in shape is the key to their future.
