it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students
Nearly 95% of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch, and many of my students experience challenges from living in a high-poverty community. However, my 21st-century students will have their basic needs met.
For my students, opting out is not an option.
They are always putting forth their best. The student population is very diverse. For instance, they all have different learning styles and interests, and some students are from outside of the U.S. They have a variety of experiences to contribute to the school and classroom community, and it is necessary to have the appropriate materials and items to meet the needs of every unique student.
My Project
We need items that will help me to maintain a clean space for my students. Some of the items in this project is a mini-vacuum cleaner, broom, sanitizing wipes, and tissues. One of the most important items is the mini-vacuum cleaner so that the students have a clean space to sit and read during independent reading.
As a Title I school, we're faced with a limited budget for even the most essential items that help keep students stay healthy and at school.
Moreover, janitorial staff is extremely short. So, I try to keep the room as clean as possible. The freshness after cleaning my classroom always lightens the mood. The students love to walk into my classroom after it has been wiped down and sprayed with Lysol. A clean room will continue to keep the students feeling comfortable while at their desk or at stations, and they are more likely to enjoy being in the classroom.
