This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Have you ever meet someone that inquired about any and everything that came to mind? What about someone that was knowledgeable about any topic that was mentioned? Or have you ever encountered a person that was very caring and just wanted to help any and everyone? Well, I have the pleasure of interacting with people like this on the daily basis in my classroom. I've had the pleasure of starting off some of their educational experience as their Pre-K teacher and now finishing up their elementary year as their 5th Grade teacher. In essence, we are like our own little family!

My Project

"A clean place is a safe place." Developing a personal hygiene is an important life skill to staying healthy and caring for your body. A good personal hygiene includes washing your hands, wiping your nose with tissue, sanitizing common objects, etc. Unconsciously, kids are always touching things, putting things in their mouth, and picking up things that have been on the floor. Having a classroom that has sanitation products available will help in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Some of the sanitation products that would aid in our clean and safe place would include: Kleenex, Hand-sanitizer, and Clorox wipes.
