Music is an international language. At an early age, most children cannot distinguish singing voice and speaking voice. In order to teach these little angles sing, Kazoo is a essential tool for teaching singing. Students in grade one and two at P.S. 22 can benefit from the Kazoo. Not only will they have fun blowing and singing the songs, with high and low notes in the melody, students also have prior experience on wind instruments in future. These are the students who will be learning how to use the recorder in the third grade. As a music teacher, I strongly believe that using kazoo as a teaching tool will indeed enrich students' music education. Our school would need 130 kazoos for my first and second graders. Thank you.
