My students need a rolling marker board easel that is the right size for 5 and 6 year old students.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My students are from a variety of economic living situations. One fourth of my students are ELL and I also have many students that are on free or reduced price lunch. My students' families are hard working and very supportive. I have moms that come and help us weekly; this helps foster a sense of community.
Our classroom is a family and we work together to learn and achieve even with all the differences.
They love to learn using technology, literature, and hands-on activities. My students come to school ready to learn and eager to do their best.
My students love to write on the white board during a lesson. It keeps them engaged, practices motor skills and helps with classroom team building. We try to use the board daily but our white boards are too high for some of my students. Standing on a step stool can sometimes make them nervous. I would love for them to have a Learn & Store Chart Stand that is just their size for learning and practice.
By donating to our project, you will help my students learn in a group setting.
My students will be able to encourage all their friends. The marker board can be used during math, reading and centers. Working with groups, small and large, will help students foster the feeling of family and team. It will also help all my visual learners.
