My students are full of questions!

Now I have one for you.. Will you help us deepen and expand our engagement with math? My students come to first grade with a wide range of skills and experience with math. A small group set of tablets will make it possible for kids to practice math at their own level and progress at their own rate!

My Project

My students have so much energy for learning! Help me provide a more personalized math experience for my students. An app called Freckle is an amazing, free resource that can individualize math practice for kids. It can detect what they know and what they need to know next, and provide a playful, engaging series of lessons and games aimed at advancing each student to his or her own next level of understanding! It's so motivating and fun for kids! For me as the teacher, it's like having a math specialist in the room. Families are reporting great things from home and I'm so excited to bring this app into my daily routine in the classroom!
