Welcome to Team Rogers! Everyday my students come into the classroom with a smile on their face and a mindset ready to learn. No matter what is going on outside of school, they know when they enter our classroom, they are a part of a team that cares about them and values them. Our classroom is very diverse and has students of all different ethnicities, economic levels, and abilities.

Everyday we choose kind and think about how we can spread kindness to others. We also have a lot of energy and love to bring that into our learning and friendships!
My Project
Our students spend the majority of their day at school. I want to create a classroom environment that feels just like home. I want my students to have choice where they sit, so that they can be successful in their learning.
Flexible seating will give my students choice and ownership in their learning.
The wobble chairs and ball chair will enable my students to have options that will help them focus and be successful. Students can use the wobble chairs to help them when their body needs to move but they also need to be focused on a task. It gives them options just like home.
