Jumping Into Fitness

My Project

My students have been enjoying the jump rope segment of our Physical Education program. They accept the challenge of learning new jumping skills while showing great determination to improve on their personal best. The physical endurance movement of skipping rope elevates their heart rate, works muscles in the arms and legs and allows students to work at their individual pace to achieve success.

Over time, the segmented ropes have broken and we don't have enough short ropes for the younger students.

New ropes would greatly appreciated for our continuation of our Jumping into Fitness
