Help me give my students high-interest, leveled text and chapter books on their instructional, reading level during guided reading and independent stations.

I teach at a model school that incorporates performing arts, visual arts, coding, computer science, financial literacy, and STEM (STEAM) within the curriculum. Our urban school receives federal funding for programs that provide free breakfast and lunch for every student, and Title I services to economically disadvantaged boys and girls.
We are a class that includes military families, gifted/talented students, ESL/ELL students, inclusion/special education students, and the tech savvy.
My students are energetic and very busy within the classroom. Even with parental support, I would love to say that my students have everything that they need to be successful. But they don't. We are preparing students for college, the workforce, and the world beyond, so they can have a better life.
J.R., We need your help! What high-interest, leveled books can you suggest for my struggling readers who are not reading on their current instructional level? Can you be quick about it like Superman because we are running out of time? Living in this digital world, I find it hard to inspire my frustrated readers to pick up a book. They are still hovering around the picture book shelves. I would love to offer some interesting, reading choices for small group, guided instruction and for the independent reading time that we allow ALL of my students the opportunity to be successful. I am requesting three leveled reading collections from Pioneer Valley Books plus dry-erase practice boards for word study/word work.
All students should have a love of reading and not fear the written word!
We are revamping our current shared reading block to focus more on providing the guided reading component to all readers, not just for beginning readers. School data guided this change because students in the upper elementary grades are not engaged in their reading or developing strategies for understanding text. Selecting text on students' needs is the reason for Pioneer Valley books which are highly recommended by Jan Richardson for guided reading.
