This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at Washington High School are in need of an updated journalism lab.

With these materials, students will be able to interview subjects for our newspaper, Rampage, with their recorders.

They can learn professional journalistic editing and press laws with their AP Style Books.

Further, students will have the opportunity to learn podcasting skills with the use of the microphones and headphones. This will allow them to build additional skills that will prepare them for a career in the media.

This will allow them to further their skills in the 21st century media community.
