Help me give my students the resources they need to learn basic job training skills such as play groceries to learn to sack, a cash register to learn cashier work, and a file folder for clerical skills.

I am a life skills teacher and my students are 11th and 12th graders that are transitioning into the workforce. They may not understand the same as their non-disabled peers, but they want the same things from life. They have friends and family that they love. They like social interactions and experiencing the world around them. They want to have independence to live productive lives, just like everyone else. My students are working hard in general employment skills and work-based learning to acquire entry-level skills to enter the workforce.
Employment skills cannot be simply taught through video explanations and worksheets. All students need real-world, practical, hands-on experience to gain the skills necessary for a first-time entry-level position. Students with special needs struggle with abstract thinking and need more concrete examples and practice to learn these skills.
My students have a greater success of obtaining employment if they are equipped with the resources and training now during their transition years of high school.
These resources will help my student learn skills not only needed for employment, but in their daily living. My students will take these skills and apply it to their future goals of living independent, productive lives. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
