My students need a Cricut in our classroom to keep us more organized make and to make learning more engaging using various creations such as task cards, math manipulatives, reward certificates, and more!
Our students walk into our classroom every day with big smiles on their faces, excited for what is in store for them that day. They are hard works and are up for new challenges. We teach in a small caring community in New Jersey. Our school is k-3 and we have 21 loving second graders. We strive to make our classroom a safe , loving environment where the children can have fun and learn.
The kids in our school are fantastic!
As the most diverse school in our district, we have students with different abilities and come all different types of families. Despite each child's difference or lifestyle , our students walk into classrooms ready to work and learn together. They are always ready to help one another. Community is our strength, and it's something we are proud of!
My Project
A cricut in our classroom is needed to help organize and make learning more engaging! We would be able to make different exciting hand on creations. Some examples are reading manipulatives, math manipulative, reward certificates, and more. This cricut will be used to allow our students exposure to various forms of teaching styles. This will allow us to reach every child's learning style in the class. With this tool we can
to create a variety of hands on items using different all different materials including magnet sheets, wood, vinyl, paper, foil, and more.
We believe allowing students to use different materials allows them them gain deeper understanding of new content in the classroom. Students will also be able to help create materials.
The technology aspect of this machine will not only excite students, but it will keep them focused, engaged, and encourage innovation.
