My Project

Our science lab will be a place where students can immerse themselves in learning. A complete understanding of science requires that students are able to experience the world around them. My JH students have had years of interruptions because of COVID-19. They have not been able to experience science in a hands-on way, the way they should.

My hope is that all my JH students will be better able to understand the biology, geology, and chemistry concepts that I am teaching.

Microscopes will be used to view the world on a cellular level. They will use the thermometers to experiment with energy transfer. The magnets will help explore magnetic energy. The fossils and rocks will help students see the earth in time. The body system models are helpful for exploring the way the body works.
