Help me give my students the opportunity to experience hands-on learning with live wild animals!

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach a self-contained class of gifted and talented (GATE) students at a Title I school. Our class of curious and bright students thrives on hands-on learning and engaging life experiences. They love to act, sing, dance, investigate, problem solve, and so much more!
As a Title I school, we are in dire need of hands-on materials for our students.
I want to continue bringing learning to life for my students on a daily basis and your support will help us reach our goal!
Your support will help bring the San Francisco ZooMobile and its wild animals to our school! Our students will get to work with a Zoo Educator and experience "Climate Change Conundrum." This interactive lesson will teach our students about what makes a climate, the drastic effects climate change is having on our planet and how some amazing animals are adapting to these new changes.
The San Francisco Zoo brings curriculum that is designed with the Next Generation Science Standards in mind, making this a valuable, hands-on learning tool for our kids.
This experience will help us expand on our Human Impact Unit.
