Help me give my students the basic classroom supplies, such as pencils, paper, markers, colored pencils, and copy paper that will help my students to have a successful school year of creative learning.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
The individual students I teach are special because they are gifted and come from backgrounds that limit their exposure to learning. However, if given the proper tools for learning, I truly believe that my students can become productive during their learning and can enhance their overall educational experiences within the classroom.
As an educator, I believe that all children can learn by any means necessary, regardless if they are gifted or not.
My main goal and desire are to get these smart, bright, energetic, intellectual students funded and proceed on with making sure they are getting the knowledge that they deserve. They may become the future leaders of tomorrow.
My Project
The idea of having basic school supplies will help our classroom to run smoothly and productively. However, it is very important to know that without there can be many problems for these less fortunate students.
However, by having an adequate amount of materials and supplies, students will be able to complete many projects for all subject areas, such as reading, writing, math and of course the Arts.
Although our school provides us with some basic materials, that is not nearly enough to enhance the overall school year. Therefore, it is imperative that we get through the year successfully by having the necessary supplies to complete their work. My students need company paper and other items to print their assignments by utilizing research skills also with art projects that will captivate the eyes of the beholders. By incorporating these learning practices these students will use these supplies to learn new and exciting skills every day that they come to school.
