Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

"It's Center Time," are the words my student wait to hear daily. The excitement that these words generate in the classroom among my students would bring tears to your eyes. We are required to have learning centers in our classroom; however I don't have tables to set up these centers. My classroom is small and having tables that are center oriented would give us more space in the classroom. A comfortable environment that affords a safe passage in the classroom would be very helpful. I am a first grade teacher currently teaching student from a low income community in Chicago. I am requesting two center tables which are clover/flower shaped. Thank you for your consideration. It's Center Time!
