I need funds to attend this innovated conference. All students have the potential to succeed in a positive school culture. Help me get the tools needed to create ways to cultivate a vibrant school culture.

I am a school social worker and I love all of my students. I work in a school in the middle of an urban city. The school has over 25% of the student population classified as special needs. My students deserve the best education possible. The students that I see every day have goals and we have high expectations for each of them. My students come to school every day regardless of their circumstances and they are ready to learn. I want to help them do the best that they can do in school and out of school.
I am requesting funds to attend a conference this summer in Las Vegas, NV 07/06/20-07/10/20. As a school leader, training schools are facing new challenges and need administrators prepared to lead.
A positive school climate is the heart and soul of the school and the core of the school that draws teachers and students to love school and want to be a part of it.
Attending this 5 day conference will give me additional skills and the knowledge needed to help create this for our students.
Being on the administrative team in my school building I will be able to help in promoting a positive school climate. School literature points to the consensus that school culture and climate are vital to academic success. And really this is what's most important; students and their academic success.
