Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class is in need of a digital camera for hands on activity and fun. There are numerous things that we can capture with the camera in our classroom.

This digital camera would enable us to observe our changing environment, document our class projects/work, and would be great for classroom experiments and field trip activities.

Not only will this digital camera benefit my 4th grade classroom, but my students could also use the camera to take photographs and use them in their PowerPoint presentations. Your donation toward a classroom digital camera would mean so much to my students.

I teach in a low socioeconomic neighborhood and a digital camera would be a wonderful tool to motivate the children.

Many of the students in my class have little exposure to the wonders of technology, and a digital camera will not only excite them, but help prepare them for the future.
